For those customers ordering outside of Australia, no GST is applied. All prices displayed in the store (in either $AUD or ¥CNY) are tax free.
Products not currently available will have an “Out Of Stock” notice next to the item in the store. To be notified as to when the item is re-stocked, select the item and add your e-mail address into the ‘Subscribe for restock notification’ box. Most items should be re-stocked within two weeks.
We offer the following postal options:
Flat-Rate (Australia) – Sendle Courier Service. Please note that unfortunately we cannot deliver to Australia Post owned properties such as PO boxes, locked bags, parcel lockers or parcel collect locations. Please allow between 3-5 business days for delivery.
Domestic (Australia) – Regular/Parcel Post, Express Post & Courier Post.
International – Express Post International, Express Courier International Platinum, Express Courier International, Registered Post International, Pack and Track International, Air Mail and Sea Mail.
Please note that the cost of shipping does not cover any import liabilities or taxes that may be applied by the government of the destination country. Tassie Pure does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.
Please note: because we are not the manufacturers of 99% of our products, we acquire all our stock from select suppliers and in some instances we may run out unexpectedly. In such cases we can usually obtain the stock and ship your order within a further 2-10 days.
For all shipments we use Australia Post. The speed of delivery depends on the service you select. You will be prompted to choose your preferred method (See “Do you ship worldwide?” section above for details) and the price will be calculated and displayed at the Check Out phase prior to you confirming your order.
If there’s no one at home to sign for the parcel, or a ‘to the door’ service is not available in your area, a card will be left with instructions on how to collect your order from the local post office.
Should your order not arrive in a timely fashion (please allow a fews days’ buffer as hold-ups can occur, especially with international orders), send an e-mail to email@example.com for immediate assistance.
If the item has been opened/used, please tell us specifically what the product defect is and why you are returning it. Options in this case are replacement, store credit or refund.
For all returns please include:
- Your name and address and a copy of the original invoice/paperwork,
- Reason for retuning the product(s), and
- If you would like a replacement, store credit or refund.

Once your purchase is received and checked by our Customer Service Team, your refund, store credit or replacement products will be processed usually within 72 hours of receipt. Please note that for refunds, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your credit card company.

So that we can continue to offer you great offers and promotion info, we give you the opportunity to say yes to being contacted by Tassie Pure by email. This is totally your choice and you can opt out of the future contact whenever you want. If you would like your name deleted from the database please email email@example.com requesting deletion. You will be deleted from our database within 48 hours.
SHARING INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES
We promise that when you provide us with personal information, it will only be used by Tassie Pure. We will not share the information third parties except to disclose:
- your name (and possibly your suburb) if you win a Tassie Pure competition; or
- your name and postal address to organisations that assist us with customer communications (to be used solely for that purpose).
We ensure that any personal information we no longer need is either destroyed or that you become permanently unidentifiable from the information,

Tassie Pure does not store any cardholder data, all credit card payment services are secure and are handled by Stripe or PayPal, who both hold the highest level of PCI DSS accreditation.

PRICING & AVAILABILITY
Tassie Pure lists products for sale on its website as indicated. Whilst we endeavour to fulfil such orders, we cannot be held responsible if the products are not available at a given point in time. It is further noted that dispatch times indicated on our website are a guide and are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. Pricing is shown in the currency as indicated at the time the order is accepted, and certain prices are inclusive of the Goods and Services Tax (GST).
When ordering goods from tassiepure.com for delivery to any destination outside Australia, the recipient may be charged import duty and other taxes including, but not limited to, sales tax, which are levied on import values above a threshold by the customs authority in that overseas country. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay these amounts to the freight company if applicable prior to delivery. It is outside our area of control and responsibility to determine, advise or influence such charges.
As customs policies vary from country to country, you are requested to direct queries of this nature to your local customs office. Customers should also note that the recipient is to be regarded as the Importer of record and you will need to comply with whatever regulations are required in this regard in the country of the recipient. Tassie Pure are neither able to advise on process to claim back, nor refund, any duty and taxes paid should an ordered item be returned.
Payment is only accepted by means of the credit card types shown and AliPay and Paypal. We are unable to process any other payment form. Refunds can only be processed in the method of original payment.
